Your booking includes the vessel hire with a professional skipper and standard insurance (cancellation insurance is usually optional). Bring all three: (1) valid photo ID or passport, (2) the original powerboat/speedboat licence recognised by Greek authorities (if required for your boat), and (3) the signed rental contract / Port-Authority declaration (G.K.L. 38). Without these, the vessel cannot be released.

If wind exceeds Force 5 Beaufort or conditions are unsafe, you must delay departure—even if no formal Coast-Guard ban has been issued.
No—returning early does not entitle you to a refund or credit.
Your contract lists the exact start and end times. The boat must be returned no later than the termination time, in the same condition as received (including the agreed fuel level).
Yes—every passenger must wear a life-jacket. The skipper must also keep the engine kill-switch/quick-stop key secured to their wrist while underway.
All legally required equipment under Greek law is onboard, including life-jackets, flares, and fire extinguishers. You verify receipt and condition at handover.
The renter is fully responsible for all penalties (speeding, restricted zones, fishing bans, etc.).
Fuel is sometimes extra. Every contract is different so be sure to check.
No—personal belongings are not covered. Consider travel insurance and keep valuables protected from water.
