1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the VIP SEA TRANSFER website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Services.

2. Description of Services

VIP SEA TRANSFER provides a platform for browsing and inquiring about vessel rentals and charters in Greece. Our services include:

  • Vessel listings for charter and rental
  • Boat search and filtering tools
  • Charter inquiry and booking requests
  • Information about our fleet and services

Note: We are a boat chartering platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or condition of any listed vessel. All charter agreements are subject to separate contracts with vessel owners or their authorized representatives.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

Some features require you to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Services for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Spam, harass, or abuse other users or our staff
  • Scrape or crawl the website without permission
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
5. Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content (excluding user-generated content and vessel listings), features, and functionality are owned by VIP SEA TRANSFER and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Vessel images, descriptions, and details are the property of their respective owners and are displayed with permission.

6. Vessel Listings Disclaimer

Important: Vessel information is provided for informational purposes only. We make no warranties or representations about:

  • Accuracy of vessel details, prices, or availability
  • Physical condition of vessels
  • Registration status or ownership of vessels
  • Suitability of vessels for any particular purpose

All charter agreements are subject to verification, inspection, and separate legal contracts. You should conduct your own due diligence before making any charter-related decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VIP SEA TRANSFER shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
  • Damages arising from charter agreements
  • Errors or omissions in vessel listings
  • Service interruptions or technical issues
  • Actions of third parties

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VIP SEA TRANSFER, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Information you submit through the Services
9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Athens, Greece.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by:

  • Posting the updated Terms on this page
  • Updating the "Last updated" date
  • Sending an email notification (if you have an account)

Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
